Read, Reflect & Rejuvenate – A Journey Through Books and Yoga
Experience a unique 17-week program that blends mindful reading and rejuvenating yoga. In the Read & Reflect Book Club (19:00–19:30), we explore inspiring books and meaningful conversations that open the mind and heart. In Rejuvenate – Yoga for Inner Balance (19:30–20:30), we bring those insights into the body through stretching, breathwork, and gentle movement.
Together, these two courses create a space for reflection, renewal, and inner harmony — an oasis in the middle of a busy week. Without leaving the city, participants can pause, reflect, and recharge body and mind, returning home with the same renewed clarity and calm one feels after a weekend retreat.
Course Description:
Join our Read & Reflect Book Club for an inspiring 17-week journey through books that spark reflection, self-growth, and meaningful conversation. Each week, we gather in a warm and welcoming space to discuss key ideas, insights, and personal takeaways from four transformative books — exploring how their wisdom connects to our everyday lives.
The course begins with an introduction and concludes with a final wrap-up and sharing circle. In between, we’ll journey through four thought-provoking books that open the mind and heart in different ways:
Week 1: Introduction
Weeks 2–5: The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod – building positive habits and morning rituals
Weeks 6–8: The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho – following intuition and life purpose
Weeks 9–12: Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert – embracing creativity and courage
Weeks 13–16: Anxious People by Fredrik Backman – understanding humanity with humor and compassion
Week 17: Final wrap-up and reflection
No prior experience is needed — just curiosity, openness, and a love for thoughtful discussion.
(Can be booked separately or together with “Rejuvenate – Yoga for Inner Balance,” the complementary second part of this series.)
